Firefighters rescue after boy's head stuck in a chair

Selangor Malaysian Fire and Rescue Services (JBPM) director Datuk Norazam Khamis said the 11.37am incident took place during lessons.

He said the fire department received the emergency call from the kindergarten at 11.42am.

“Seven personnel including an officer from the Sekinchan Fire Station (BBP) rushed to the scene,” he said in a statement.

Norazam said as they arrived at the scene and they found the child was still stuck in the chair.

He said the firemen then used special equipment to save the victim within five minutes.

At 11.54, the child's was rescued and returned to the management of the kindergarden, said Norazam.
