
KOTA BELUD: Five men sustained injuries when their Isuzu DMax collided with a 10-ton lorry and a tow truck near Kg Lebak Moyoh, Kota Belud, Thursday.
Kota Belud District Fire and Rescue Station Chief Muhammad Syazwan Latun said a 1.22pm distress call prompted rescue team to the scene one kilometre away.
The team helped the five out from the DMax. While two others travelling in the tow-truck and one in the 10-ton lorry escaped unhurt.
The five injured DMax passengers were provided immediate aid by the Emergency Medical Rescue Services Team before being transported to the Kota Belud hospital for further treatment.
