KENINGAU: Five people were injured after a van skidded off the road in Kampung Bayangan here on Saturday night.
The Toyota Hiace van was reported to have crashed at 11.38pm, with members of the public managing to rescue all five victims before firefighters arrived.
Firefighters from the Keningau station provided initial treatment to three injured women at the scene.

The operation, involving nine firefighters, ended safely at 11pm after the team ensured the vehicle’s battery was disconnected and the scene was secured.
