FLY Ace Corp. is expanding its presence in Philippine manufacturing with the development of a 7-hectare facility inside the LIMA Estate in Batangas.

“As a well-planned industrial development, we look forward to partnering with Aboitiz for this landmark expansion project,” Fly Ace President Lucio Cochanco Jr.

Aboitiz Land President and CEO Rafael Fernandez de Mesa, meanwhile, said “our economic estates have attracted strong interest from both foreign and domestic investors, and we remain committed to providing a reliable environment through our ecosystem of solutions that help businesses grow and scale.

The new facility will allow Fly Ace to produce closer to local markets, reinforce food supply chain resilience, explore export opportunities and open avenues for joint ventures.

Fly Ace’s portfolio includes brands such as Jolly, Doña Elena, Jolly Heart Mate and Good Life, and the firm has also partnered with international names like Welch’s, Lotus and Mott’s.

LIMA Estate offers ready-to-operate infrastructure, PEZA regulatory support and direct access to key transport corridors including the SLEx, STAR and Calax tollways as well as the Manila International Airport, Manila International Container Terminal, Port of Batangas and the emerging South Luzon Container Terminal.

The 70-hectare business hub in Lipa City, currently hosts nearly 200 locators and created 75,000 high-quality jobs.
