Footage of flooding in the Grand Canyon which has left at least one person dead shows cabins being swept away by powerful torrents.
Heavy rain caused flash floods on Saturday (29 August), which collapsed footbridges, dislodged boulders and swept structures into the Colorado River.
Video shows some of the more than 60 hikers being airlifted out of the area by rescue crews, with at least 15 people still remaining unaccounted for by Sunday evening, according to the National Park Service.
The body of a 46-year-old man was found near rapids along the river on Sunday evening, the park service told CBS News.
