LAHAD DATU: A 29-year-old foreigner has been charged at the Magistrate’s Court here on Friday for killing another foreigner at an oil palm plantation in Silabukan.
Leveboy Andagan Arcadenia, was charged under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder.
The charge was read during a Zoom session convened by the Magistrate’s Court here on Friday.
