Union Berlin striker Taiwo Awoniyi is being lined up for a Premier League move.

The Nigeria international was sold by Liverpool last summer to Union Berlin after failing to make an appearance for the Reds.

Sky Deutschland says Nottingham Forest are in talks with Union Berlin for the striker.

Union Berlin are prepared to lose Awoniyi for his €20m buyout clause.

A move to England won't be a problem for the striker, with work permit issues allayed thanks to his recent success with the Super Eagles.
