Former Real Madrid chief Pedja Mijatovic feels for Vini Jr - though says he's wrong claiming Spain a "racist country".
Vini Jr made the suggestion after the abuse he received last Sunday.
Mijatovic told Okdiario: "There are two things that have bothered me a lot. First, poor Vinicius, who is under enormous pressure and great hatred that should not be like this because he is also a boy who is a good boy and has a good heart, really.
"And secondly, the image of Spain abroad. They say we'r a racist country. I have been here for 30 years, I was not born in this country, but now I am Spanish. Many European countries are envious of us and that Spain is a racist country
"It is the best country in Europe and in the world. Spain can be something else, but impossible racist."
