The Football Association has seen one of its highly rated age-group coaches leave for Saudi Arabia.
Per The Mail, Steven Gerrard has snagged England under 20 manager Ian Foster to work under him.
Gerrard has taken over at Saudi Pro League club Al-Ettifaq this summer.
The former England midfielder is throwing around his weight to secure staff and players.
The source adds that Foster, who is highly rated within the FA, resigned last week for a chance at a big pay day in Saudi.
Foster and Gerrard are close, having gotten to know each other at Liverpool when Foster was a player.
