KOTA KINABALU: Four of the 15 individuals, charged with being members of the organised crime group 'Geng Upik', has been sentenced to three years jail on Tuesday.
High Court Judge Datuk Dr Lim Hock Leng meted out the sentence to Mohd Faridzul Asmahadi, 31, Mahathir Jibarail, 49, Mohd Fikrie Asme, 28, and Manan Ungok @ Salleh, 52, who pleaded guilty to committing the crime between 2015 and 2023.
