  • The station was evacuated and closed as emergency services, including London Fire Brigade and British Transport Police, responded to the incident.
  • Firefighters conducted a sweep of the area but detected no elevated readings of any chemical substances.
  • Of those treated at the scene, two individuals were taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service as a precaution.
  • The incident, initially treated as a suspected gas leak, was declared safe by 11:35 am, and the station has since reopened.
