Eintracht Frankfurt coach Albert Riera says rumours about his future at the club are not bothering him ahead of Friday's Bundesliga showdown at Borussia Dortmund.
Media reports have said he will be sacked after the game or at the end of the season later this month whatever happens. The Spaniard only took over in late January and eighth-placed Frankfurt still have a chance of a Conference League spot.
"I am not worried," the 44-year-old told a news conference on Thursday.
"I mean - that is not important. What matters is that the team get points in these two matches. That is all. I am not worried about it. I know exactly how this job works."
He was booed by home fans during last weekend's defeat by Hamburg SV, a third game without a win which followed a bizarre press conference where he ranted at the media.
This time Riera struck a more conciliatory tone.
"We have to accept - starting with me - that if you do not win, you also have to deal with criticism," he said.
He may be helped on Friday by Dortmund already being assured of the Champions League and having little to play for.
