A customer received a surprise in her nasi lemak when she unearthed a stone in her packet of nasi lemak ayam masak merah.
In a post on Threads, @frhana.na shared a photo of her nasi lemak, with came with a side of ayam masak merah, egg and a unexpected side dish, a stone.

@frhana.na speculated that the stone may have been used by the seller to weigh down the plastic packaging to prevent it from flying away, but somehow ended up being wrapped together with the food.
“Maybe the stone was used to weigh down the plastic so it wouldn’t fly away… then it accidentally got wrapped together with the nasi lemak.”
Instead of outrage, the post quickly amused netizens, with many jumping into the comments to poke fun at the situation.
Some joked that the stone was actually a “free gift,” while others imagined the seller frantically searching for their missing paperweight.
“Haha that must be the stone used to hold down the plastic so it doesn’t fly away — ended up getting packed together,” one user commented.
Another quipped, “Better return it, the seller must be looking for it everywhere!”
