French Open draw: Sinner, Djokovic and Raducanu learn opponents at Roland Garros

  • Jannik Sinner, a strong contender for his first French Open title following his Italian Open victory and Carlos Alcaraz's withdrawal, will begin his campaign against French wildcard Clement Tabur.
  • Novak Djokovic, aiming for a record 25th major title, faces a challenging first-round match against the six-foot-seven French wildcard Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard.
  • Great Britain's Cameron Norrie, seeded 20th, will play Paraguay's Adolfo Daniel Vallejo, while fellow Brit Jacob Fearnley has a tough opener against Juan Manuel Cerundolo and could face Sinner in the second round.
  • In the women's draw, British player Emma Raducanu is scheduled to face Argentina's Solana Sierra, a match that was previously postponed at the Italian Open due to Raducanu's post-viral illness.
  • Defending champion Coco Gauff will start her title defence against American compatriot Taylor Townsend, with other top seeds including Aryna Sabalenka, Elena Rybakina, and four-time champion Iga Swiatek also set for their opening matches.
