A total of 11 LIV Golf players were in the field for the PGA Championship at Aronimink, including superstars Jon Rahm and Bryson DeChambeau.
Their appearances arrived amid an uncertain time for their tour, with LIV Golf set to lose its funding at the end of the 2026 season.
The tournament will have, therefore, served as a welcome distraction for all 11, but not all were able to impress on the big stage.
Rahm was among those who did manage to step up, but how did he and his 10 LIV Golf counterparts manage at the PGA Championship?
Jon Rahm – T2
Two-time major winner Rahm has struggled for major success since leaving the PGA Tour for LIV Golf, where he has won back-to-back individual titles.
But the former world number one certainly looked like the player he once was as he secured a T2 finish at Aronimink, just three shots off champion Aaron Rai.

Cameron Smith – T7
Like Rahm, Cameron Smith has failed to replicate the superb heights that included a major win at The Open Championship in 2022.
But after six successive missed cuts at major championships, the Australian impressed in Pennsylvania with a T7 finish.
David Puig, Joaquin Niemann – T18
Rahm’s fellow Spaniard David Puig can also be proud of his efforts, producing an admirable T18 finish at Aronimink, with the same to be said of Joaquin Niemann, who joined him on one-under for the week.
Martin Kaymer – T35, Dustin Johnson – T44, Elvis Smylie – T75
A total of seven LIV Golf players made the cut at the PGA Championship, including two-time major winners Martin Kaymer and Dustin Johnson.
The German finished T35 and the American finished T44, while Australian Elvis Smylie posted a T75 finish at Aronimink.

Bryson DeChambeau, Tyrrell Hatton, Tom McKibbin, Thomas Detry – Missed Cut
Four of the 11 LIV Golf players who started the PGA Championship were unable to make the cut and compete across the weekend, much to their disappointment.
But DeChambeau (+7), Tom McKibbin (+7), Tyrrell Hatton (+6) and Thomas Detry (+5) all exited the major after just two rounds, missing the +4 cut.
Providing some form of consolation after such a huge disappointment, DeChambeau received $4,300 from the PGA of America, as did every other player who missed the cut.
The LIV Golf schedule now turns its focus to Korea later this month, while the PGA Tour returns this week with the CJ Cup Byron Nelson at TPC Craig Ranch.
