Fulham are launching a bid for Galatasaray defender Victor Nelsson.
Nelsson has been the subject of intense negotiations between Sevilla and Galatasaray.
Sevilla see him as a replacement for new Barcelona signing Jules Kounde.
However, TMW says Fulham have now come forward.
And they're prepared to outbid the €14m tabled by Sevilla for Nelsson.
