Fulham boss Marco Silva was left frustrated after their FA Cup defeat to Newcastle.
Fulham lost 2-0 at Craven Cottage.
Silva said: "Yes, definitely more disappointed for the result than the performance.
"Looking at the match as a whole we were the more dominant team. We were the team that played better. I really believe that we deserved much more from the game.
"At this level when you concede, we almost did not give anything [chances] for them, but when you concede really sloppy goals, of course by the end of the game you are punished.
"You cannot have so much control... [And not score]. We executed the game plan perfectly, we did not give Newcastle the chance to set up the game in their way.
"We pressed them really high until the 70th minute. They scored from two set pieces, we have been doing well with them this season and tonight the focus is not there so we are punished."
