- Israel has revealed its own counter measures against the UK after Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband announced sanctions on illegal West Bank settlements.
- In addition to the the closure of the British Consulate in Jerusalem, British representatives from the International Gaza Support Centre in Kiryat Gat will also be removed.
- The training of Palestinian Authority forces in Judea and Samaria under the “British Support Team in Ramallah” have also been terminated. Additionally, 12 MPs and officials have also been denied entry into Israel.
