
Following a working session with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in the morning, the focus of the G7 summit has turned to the situation in the Middle East.
The leaders of Egypt, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Qatar have joined the lunchtime discussion, which will address the consequences of the framework deal reached on Sunday between the United States and Iran.
Earlier on Tuesday, US President Donald Trump asked Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to be "more responsible" in Lebanon and "let Syria take care of Hezbollah".
