A source said Azmin will stay put in Gombak.
"This means Azmin is likely to contest against Selangor Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari," he said.
PKR is expected to announce their candidates list tonight with Amirudin slated to contest in Gombak.
Azmin, the caretaker Senior International Trade and Industry minister, is Gombak parliamentary seat incumbent.
Azmin has held the Gombak parliamentary seat for three terms, which he won under the PKR ticket and left the party after Sheraton Move in 2020.
