SHAH ALAM - Gerakan Tanah Air (GTA) is capable of replacing Umno as the coalition consists of Malays who are capable and passionate about the Malay people, those who love the country as well as religion.
Its sponsor chairman Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad claimed that Umno has been taken over by Malay criminals and those who fought for money, saving their leaders from being hauled to court and imprisoned.
He said the fate of the Malays and the country no longer depended on Umno.
"The leaders and candidates in GTA are free from criminal activities, not facing any court charges and clean.
"GTA will go against Umno so that Malaysia would not be ruled by crooks who had ruined the party, administration and country," he said on Facebook on Thursday.
He added that GTA aimed to change the government that was filled with criminals to a government that is clean, efficient and trustworthy.
"GTA is also able to restore political stability, a healthy economy and social harmony.
"Malaysia will regain the Asian Tiger status where Malays would be highly respected. This is GTA's promise to Malaysia and its people," he said.
Meanwhile, he said because GTA was not registered, Parti Pejuang Tanah Air would represent GTA in the 15th General Election (GE15).
"Vote for Pejuang for the nation, country and religion," he said.
