SHAH ALAM – Pakatan Harapan (PH) candidate for Simpang Renggam Dr Maszlee Malik bids goodbye to Simpang Renggam residents for now Dr Maszlee Malik, sent voters in Simpang Renggam a final message through a Twitter post where he thanked all the voters in the constituency who have cast their ballots for him.
“I accept this result with an open heart.
“I have given my best to you and I apologise for any wrongdoings during my service in the office,” he said.
He gave a final thank you to the residents of Simpang Renggam as he failed to win the people’s mandate in the 15th General Election (GE15).
The PH candidate lost his parliamentary seat by a total of 1,821 votes to the Barisan Nasional (BN) candidate, Hasni Mohammad.
