SHAH ALAM - Pas will announce the party’s candidates according to state levels, says Pas deputy president Datuk Seri Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man.
The decision, he said, was made to invigorate the spirit at the state level.
“We will announce the candidacy in Kelantan by tonight and Terengganu tomorrow evening.
“Both states will use the moon symbol, not Perikatan Nasional’s logo,” he said when contacted earlier today.
Yesterday, Perikatan Nasional (PN) unveiled most of its candidates contesting at 169 parliamentary constituencies for the 15th General Election (GE15).
Pas will contest in 64 seats, Bersatu in 74 seats, Gerakan in 20 seats while associate PN members contest in 11 seats.
However, the candidacy for Pas were decided to be announced separately.
