KUALA LUMPUR - Umno leaders have started their Umno Political Bureau Meeting at level 38 Menara Dato Onn, here at 12 noon.
It was held following the 15th General Election (GE15) result yesterday which was not in favour of the coalition.
Among the leaders seen were Barisan Nasional (BN) Communications director Datuk Seri Dr Shamsul Anuar Nasarah, vice president Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin, Umno Working Secretary Datuk Sumali Reduan, Umno Melaka chairman Datuk Seri Ab Rauf Yusoh and Umno Sabah chairman Datuk Seri Bung Mokhtar Radin.
The meeting involved the state relation chairman.
Some of the media members were already at the venue since 10.30am to wait for the new development.
Meanwhile, the Umno Supreme Council meeting would be held at level 39, Menara Dato Onn later at 3pm and was believed to be discussing regarding the result of the GE15.
The supreme council meeting would later be held at 8pm.
