Gent beat West Ham to Hertha Berlin defender Torunarighas (he was linked with west ham last month)
Gent have secured the signing of Hertha defender Jordan Torunarigha.
Sky in Germany and Bild suggest that the 24-year-old is permanently departing the German capital club.
The former German youth international was on loan at Gent during the second half of last season.
Hertha are set to secure roughly €4.5 million for the transfer.
Torunarigha was previously linked to West Ham United in the transfer window.
However, the English side did not follow up on their interest.
