Tomato girl summer is back. The new Gentle Monster Veggie Collection is all about plant life. Inspired by the greens we eat, the collection takes design notes from nature and fuses it with the brand’s signature hypermodern finish. Ahead of the June 5 release, the brand dropped a new teaser featuring aespa Karina and actor Yosh sporting the foldable frames while munching on tomatoes and balancing on sheep.
Sprawling across ten silhouettes, this collection is the brand’s most pastoral drop yet. The Veggie Collection takes its shapes and colours from nature’s produce. Details on the temple curl and grow like vines and stems. Each design is foldable, so you can carry it with you everywhere, even when grazing pastures. Just as imaginative as the collection, the trailer features aespa’s Karina and Yosh in a fantastical land filled with tomatoes, carrots, and sheep. Keep reading below to find out more.
Gentle Monster heads to the garden for the Veggie Collection
Spearheading the collection is the Aden, an oval-shaped lens with peekaboo details on the temples. Tomato stems rest at the stems, with blunted thorns growing out along the length. Another design, the Tofi, features lenses shaped like bell peppers, with curling vines at the temples. It’s an evolution, following the beadwork in the Bouquet Collection.
Each purchase of the Gentle Monster Veggie Collection also comes with a random plush “Veggiemon” keychain. These plushes reimagine vegetables like tomatoes, eggplants, broccoli, and more as little monsters. Just like Labubus, customers can hang these Veggiemons on their bags to bring more whimsy to their lives.
Where to shop for the new Veggie Collection

The collection is dropping online and in Gentle Monster stores on 5 June 2026. And of course, you can also expect pop-up installations across the globe to commemorate the launch. The brand is transforming seven spaces in Seoul, Tokyo, Shanghai, Beijing, Bangkok, and LA into a Veggiemon garden. As you walk through the space, you can immerse yourself in the world of Veggiemons, complete with oversized tomatoes and interactive photo booths where you can become a Veggiemon.
