Real estate developer Gillco Group has launched Gillco Meraqui, an ultra-luxury residential project in Sector 126, Mohali, along the PR-7 Airport Road.
Spread across 12 acres, the development will comprise 444 premium apartments across six towers, offering 3+1 and 4+1-bedroom residences. The project, which marks the first independent development under Managing Director Tejpreet Singh Gill’s leadership, is expected to involve an investment of ₹700-800 crore and generate around ₹1,200 crore in gross sales over its lifecycle. Of the 444 apartments, 250 have been opened for sale, with prices starting at around ₹4 crore.
The project has been designed around the theme “The Greek Art of Living", drawing inspiration from classical Greek-Roman architecture. Planned amenities include an elite clubhouse, infinity and indoor swimming pools, fitness and wellness facilities, landscaped gardens, sports courts and high-street retail. Construction has commenced after statutory approvals, and the project is expected to be completed within four years in line with RERA timelines. Gillco Group said the development reflects its confidence in the growing demand for premium housing along Mohali’s Airport Road corridor, driven by improving infrastructure and connectivity.
