Manchester United are refusing to grant either Sir Jim Ratcliffe or Sheikh Jassim exclusivity in negotiations.
In a clear sign nothing is yet decided over the club's potential sale by the Glazer family, it's emerged bidders Ratcliffe and Sheikh Jassim are still being treated equally.
CBS Sports' Ben Jacobs said, "This remains my understanding. Both Nine Two Foundation & INEOS have been told in process letters exclusivity won't be granted. There's still no plans to exclusively negotiate with one group.
"This isn't a negative. Means both groups being readied to 'win' pending a green light."
