Stark Development Sdn Bhd promises to elevate the concept of luxury with its upcoming top-floor venue “Stark in the Sky”.
Once completed, the top of the 34-storey STARK Tower will offer an unparalleled blend of sophistication and exclusivity, featuring six distinct bars and a range of luxurious amenities.
Stark Development Sdn Bhd managing director Leon Lee said the exclusive venue would be designed to cater to a range of tastes and preferences, promising an unparalleled experience in Penang’s nightlife scene.
“Various international brands have shown strong interest in becoming tenants of this extraordinary space.
“The high level of interest underscores the tower’s appeal and its potential to attract a global clientele.
“The top floor will not only feature an array of luxurious amenities but also provide a setting that combines elegance with exclusivity,” he said during the recent unveiling of STARK Tower’s scale model at the Stark X-Perience Gallery at Maritime Automall, Karpal Singh Drive.
It was earlier reported that the prestigious venue would feature international brands and offer an opulent experience, including amenities such as a jacuzzi, infinity sky pool and an exclusive helipad (for event purposes only).
Culinary offerings will include Chinese fine dining, a premium indoor Chinese BBQ restaurant, Japanese yakiniku, Japanese omakase, Malaysia’s first champagne bar and a whiskey jazz bar.
Earlier this month, the unveiling of the meticulously crafted 1:125 scale model of STARK Tower was graced by Penang social development, welfare and non-Islamic religious affairs committee chairman Lim Siew Khim, who is also the Sungai Pinang assemblyman.
She penned her signature on the commemorative plaque, marking a pivotal moment in the project’s journey.
The scale model, showcasing the tower’s intricate design and ambitious features, provided attendees with a detailed preview of what promises to be a landmark in luxury and innovation.
Lee expressed his aspirations for the company’s future, emphasising his commitment to delivering projects that leave a lasting impact.
“I am hopeful that Stark Development will continue to produce outstanding projects that not only enhance our city’s landscape but also resonate with the community for years to come.
“Our goal is to build a legacy that endures beyond individual projects,” he said before pointing out to the impressive turnout of elected representatives and Penang Island City councillors.
“The presence of such distinguished figures at our unveiling ceremony is a profound testament to the quality and significance of our work.
“It signifies a broad recognition of Stark Development’s contributions and our dedication to excellence.
“This acknowledgment is not just an honour but a strong validation of our efforts and vision. It inspires us to strive for even greater heights in our future endeavours,” he added.
Besides Lim, other elected representatives who attended the event were Connie Tan Hooi Peng (Seri Delima), Ong Ah Teong (Batu Lanchang), Joseph Ng Soon Siang (Air Itam) and Wong Yuee Harng (Pengkalan Kota).
The councillors in attendance were Nicholas Theng Jie Wey, Benji Ang Ming Quan, Choong You Ray, Koay Gaik Kee, and Quah Boon Lim.
