Gong Yoo to meet Filipino fans in Manila for ‘The Long Take’ tour

MANILA, Philippines — South Korean actor Gong Yoo is set to return to the Philippines for his much-awaited fan meeting, “The Long Take,” at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on Nov. 21.

According to the announcement of local promoter Pulp Live World on Tuesday, the fan meeting is a long-awaited opportunity for fans to spend “an unforgettable day” with the actor through performances, games, laughter and special moments.

The Manila event is part of Gong Yoo’s 2026 Asia fan meeting tour, “The Long Take,” which will also have stops in Yokohama, Bangkok, Jakarta, Macau and Seoul. The tour will begin in Yokohama on Oct. 4 and conclude in Seoul on Nov. 28.

According to Pulp Live World, tickets will go on sale Sept. 19 at noon through TicketNet outlets and online. Prices range from P3,500 for general admission to P12,500 for VIP A.

Fan benefits vary depending on the ticket tier. VIP A and VIP B holders are entitled to a hi-bye experience, while group photos, printed signed postcards and printed signed posters will be distributed through raffles for eligible tiers.

Photocards and souvenir show cards are included among the benefits for ticket holders, with the number and type of benefits depending on the ticket purchased.

His agency, Management SOOP, first announced the Asia tour in July, with Gong Yoo sharing a handwritten message expressing his gratitude for the continued love and support of his fans.

The actor has maintained a low-key presence in the entertainment industry but has remained one of South Korea’s most recognizable stars. His filmography includes the acclaimed movies “Silenced,” “The Suspect,” “Train to Busan,” “The Age of Shadows” and “Seobok."

He has also appeared in internationally popular television series, including “Coffee Prince,” “Goblin,” “The Silent Sea” and “Squid Game.”

Gong Yoo recently reunited with his “Goblin” co-stars for a 10th anniversary special.
