Liverpool midfielder Ryan Gravenberch has insisted that he had no issues with his first season at the club.

The Dutchman signed from Bayern Munich to get regular game time.

However, he was in and out of the first eleven under boss Jurgen Klopp for most of the season.

That's why I'm satisfied with my season at Liverpool," he told Algemeen Dagblad, as he prepares for Euro 2024 and then to impress new Liverpool boss Arne Slot next season.

I wanted to make more minutes and I succeeded.

I have played good matches, but also lesser ones. No, I'm not as tired as I am after a season where you've played everything. I haven't played everything.

Can that freshness be an advantage? Well, I'm ready if you ask me. Anyway, first let's be part of the final selection."
