KOTA KINABALU: Nearly 99 per cent of PBRS division leaders and grassroots supporters have doubts over the cooperation between BN and GRS, said PBRS youth chief Dr Edwin Laimin.

To this end, Edwin fully supports the proposal by PBRS president Tan Sri Joseph Kurup for BN to go solo in GE15.

“This cooperation (GRS-BN) will only benefit Perikatan Nasional (PN). So, what is the need for BN to form a collaboration with GRS? Is BN merely riding on GRS’ name,” he said in a statement.

Bersatu President Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin has previously said that the victory of the GRS candidate is counted as a Bersatu victory because it is part of the PN.

“This means that a GRS victory will only benefit PN and not BN,” he said.
