Kota Kinabalu: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor has urged young voters, who make up half of Sabah’s 1.72 million electorate, to make wise choices in the upcoming 17th State Election.

He called on youths to give Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) a renewed mandate to continue the state’s development agenda under the Sabah Maju Jaya roadmap.

Hajiji said political stability was key to sustaining progress and reaffirmed the importance of maintaining cooperation between GRS and Pakatan Harapan (PH).

He reminded youths not to waste the once-in-five-years opportunity to decide Sabah’s future and to judge the government by its record of achievements.

The Chief Minister said Sabah must stay united, embrace new technologies, and strengthen state-federal cooperation to ensure continued growth and prosperity.

He said this during the Tamu Suara 360 programme here on Saturday.
