Colony is swapping its signature Sunday bubbles with a frightful feast this halloween. Visit on 31 October and get to savour its Halloween Dinner spread. Along with its classic offerings, like the Colony Laksa and Singapore Chilli Crab, find new creations like Razor Clams in Italian vinaigrette, and Squid Ink Ban Mian with pork shabushabu. Save room for dessert and find a selection of themed treats like the Raspberry Chocolate Tart “Brain”, “Spider’s Web” Cheese Tart and “Ghostly” Pavlova.

InterContinental Singapore

This Halloween, head to InterContinental Singapore for its Festival of Fright Big Buffet. Happening on November 1, find a lavish spread of 120 dishes spanning from Asian to Italian. Dig into Halloween-themed creations like the Zombie’s Spicy Intestine and the Incy Wincy Spider Risotto. The former features spicy Italian sausage and served with smoked scarmoza and pumpkin cream while the latter is a rich treat with tomato Acquerello rice laced with squid ink. End the meal on a sweet note with the creamy Pumpkin Patch Cheesecake or the light Mini Ghastly Ghost Meringue Tart.

Marina Bay Sands’ Rise is joining in on the festivities with a Halloween-themed buffet feast. Look forward to bites like the Pumpkin Sage Focaccia Slab topped with herbs, Pumpkin & Cheddar Mini Boule and Graveyard Rye Batard. The latter sees fresh bread compete with bat and tombstone designs. For dessert, find sweet treats such as the Haunted Black Forest featuring layers of chocolate cake, dark cherry compote and whipped cream.

Parkroyal Collection Pickering’s Lime Restaurant is going all out this spooky season with its A SubLIME Halloween buffet spread. Start with Chilled Tomato Gazpacho and Baked Escargot before heading to the carving station and indulging in the Crispy Roast Pork Porchetta. Sofitel Singapore City Centre’s Racines’ is celebrating the season with an exclusive Halloween edition of The Grand Racines Feast. Here, get to feast on a buffet spread featuring slow-braised oxtail with barley stew, Korean fried chicken, roasted Angus beef and more.
