Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (BERSATU) has confirmed the sacking of Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainudin from his membership with immediate effect following the decision of the party’s Disciplinary Board.
He has been sacked as the Deputy President and as a member of Bersatu with immediate effect.
According to an official notice dated 13 February 2026, the BERSATU Disciplinary Board, which convened the day before, decided to sack him under Clause 22.5 of the party’s Constitution after finding that he had violated Clause 9.1.4.

However, Hamzah still has the right to submit an appeal to the Appeal Board within 14 days from the date of the notice.
The notification letter was signed by the Chairman of the Bersatu Disciplinary Board, Datuk Mohd Radzi Manan.
So far, no official statement has been issued by Hamzah regarding the decision. - February 13, 2026
