KOTA KINABALU: Parti Harapan Rakyat Sabah (Harapan Rakyat) fully supports Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor’s decision for Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) to contest solo in the upcoming state election.
Its secretary-general, Christy Chok (pic), said Sabah must remain under the leadership of local parties to determine its direction and development.
She said the move reflects the aspirations of the Sabah people, who want self-determination without relying on external approval.

She said GRS has already proven it can lead effectively in driving development and the state economy without waiting for a “green light” from outside parties.
