Harry Kane and other England players appear to have been tricked into signing the US Declaration of Independence ahead of the Three Lions' opening World Cup clash against Croatia.
England's captain and several other stars signed the famous document, which appeared to them to be a blank piece of paper.
The prank happened at the Three Lions World Cup training camp in Kansas City.
Writing on TikTok, the prankster said: "I think it's going to go pretty well.
"I think they'll just be signing. For sure, Harry Kane - that's the big tuna that we're looking for. The big guy.
"Any others are fine, but we want Harry Kane to sign it."
The Declaration of Independence is the document that established the United States in 1776.
Numerous other England stars appear to have put pen to paper on the document, including Bukayo Saka, Elliot Anderson, Anthony Gordon and Jordan Henderson.
England stars headed to their World Cup base in Kansas last week, which came with its troubles.
Upon relocating from Florida to Kansas, the England team had equipment valued at approximately £13,550.
Two men were charged with receiving the stolen property, with each defendant facing a single count carrying a potential prison sentence of up to seven years.
The pair were responsible for transporting the national team's gear from their warm-weather training base in West Palm Beach to Kansas City, where a detective subsequently recovered the items.
Court documents revealed the specific items allegedly discovered included four pairs of boots priced at £250 each and five pairs of shoes priced at £170 each.
Signed national team shirts were also among the recovered goods, alongside a World Cup ball valued at £160 and goalkeeper gloves costing £120.
Two stuffed lions and a Lego set depicting a Nike Air shoe featured among the variety of possessions taken during what Kansas City mayor Quinton Lucas described as a "heist in transit of English national team equipment".
The FA confirmed the majority of the training gear had been retrieved before England's opening session at their base.
