SANDAKAN: Realising MA63 is a paradigm shift to bridge the gap between East and West Malaysia.
Member of Parliament for Sandakan, Vivian Wong said, due to geographical and historical factors, Sabah cannot, and should not be treated and managed in the same way as one of the other 13 states in the country.
