According to the API Management System (APIMS) portal at 1pm, Johan Setia had a reading of 154, followed by Shah Alam (151), Petaling Jaya (141) and Banting (130).

Two other monitoring stations in the state showed moderate air quality, namely, Klang (97) and Kuala Selangor (69).

Nationwide, 27 areas logged unhealthy API readings, with the top five all in Johor: Batu Pahat (194), Segamat (170), Kluang (169), Pasir Gudang (168), and Tangkak (168).

Other areas in the Klang Valley with unhealthy readings were Putrajaya (158), Cheras (155), and Batu Muda (153).
