Maybank will be doing system maintenance on Saturday, 19 July 2025. This means a few of the bank’s services will be offline for a while. It’s a planned update, and it helps make sure everything runs smoothly and securely in the long term.
If you’re planning to send money, make payments, or use the ATM during that time, it’s a good idea to do it a little earlier just in case.
Let’s break down what’s going offline and when.
Early Morning Disruption for DuitNow and Other Services
Between 3.00 AM and 8.00 AM, several services will be temporarily unavailable. These include DuitNow Transfers, DuitNow QR, DuitNow Requests, JomPay, Interbank GIRO, FPX, and Debit Mandate.
All of these services will be offline on the Maybank2u website, the MAE app, or Maybank2u Biz, depending on how you usually access them.
So, if you’re planning to transfer money, scan a QR code, pay bills, or make an online payment, it’s best to get it done before 3.00 AM.
ATM Services Will Start Earlier
If you need to withdraw cash or use an ATM for anything else, be aware that ATM services will be offline starting at 12.00 AM. They will come back online by 8.00 AM along with the other services
