SUNGAI BULOH, Dec 16 — Health Minister Dr Zaliha Yusof confirmed that the remains of 11 victims of the Batang Kali landslide were already at Hospital Sungai Buloh, with the rest due to arrive shortly.
She said the bodies have yet to be positively identified, but said the process would be expedited.
“The Hospital Sungai Buloh forensics department confirmed receipt of 11 bodies as of 1.15pm,” she said.
The hospital will also provide grief counselling for families of the victims, she said.
