A red light runner missed a car by inches as he drove through an intersection in Florida.
Traffic camera footage shared by the Sarasota Policement Department shows the blue car failing to stop at the intersection at 12th Street on Saturday (13 June).
The vehicle almost crashed into a red sedan going east, with slowed down footage shared by the force showing how close the two vehicles were to hitting one another.
“Let’s keep this simple: Traffic signals are not suggestions. Red means stop. Green means go. Slow down, pay attention and drive safely,” the force said as it shared the footage.
