Kota Kinabalu: State Community Development and People’s Wellbeing Minister Datuk Ir. Shahelmey Yahya said his Ministry is committed in helping targeted groups in light of the present economic situation.
“Under my Ministry, there is this Prosper Programme whereby we identify our ‘clients’ in the rural areas, including the B40 group, who are adversely affected by the rising cost of living,” he said.
