In a major recognition of Himachal Pradesh’s digital governance initiatives, the Department of Digital Technologies and Governance (DDTG) has received multiple national-level awards for its innovative and citizen-centric e-Governance platforms.

The department’s flagship initiative, ‘HimParivar’, was conferred the prestigious ET GovTech Award 2026 (Silver Winner) under the category of ‘Best State-Level e-Governance Initiative’ by The Economic Times. The award acknowledges the platform’s role in streamlining governance and delivering integrated citizen services across the state.

The department’s ‘Survey Platform’ also received the SKOCH Award 2025 in the e-Governance category from the SKOCH Group. The platform was recognised for facilitating efficient digital surveys and promoting data-driven governance. Besides this, HimParivar, HimAccess Single Sign-On (SSO) and the Survey Platform were also awarded the SKOCH Order of Merit for excellence in digital public service delivery.

The awards were presented to CM Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu by DDTG Secretary Ashish Singhmar and Director Dr. Nipun Jindal here on Sunday.
