Kota Kinabalu: It will be a historic chapter when the State Legislative Assembly (DUN) is officially opened by new Sabah Head of State (TYT) Tun Musa Aman on April 10.

Former Chief Minister Datuk Seri Salleh Said Keruak, who is also Usukan Assemblyman, said this inauguration not only marks the beginning of an important DUN session but is also more significant as it is officiated by the longest-serving Chief Minister, who held office for 15 years from 2003 to 2018.

Musa has now been appointed as the 11th Head of State, succeeding the previous officeholder.

During the official ceremony, Musa is scheduled to deliver the Government’s Policy Speech, which will outline the aspirations and direction of the Sabah administration for the coming years.

This address is expected to be the focal point, reflecting his experience and vision in strengthening the stability and development of Sabah.
