JOHOR BAHRU: A 47-year-old homeless man at the centre of the “chicken bone charity” video said he holds no ill feelings toward the five young men involved - three appeared in the video, while another two recorded the video.
In a one-minute video shared by China Press, he recalled being woken by the group before being handed a packet of rice, which he was asked to open on camera.
He said he assumed it was a genuine act of giving and only realised it was mostly bones after opening the packet.

The video, which showed leftover bones being packed with rice and later given to the man and a dog, drew criticism online for being disrespectful despite the apology.
