Honda Malaysia hosted an exclusive appreciation event in Kuala Lumpur to honour the ownership journeys of the first three customers to take delivery of the All-New Prelude.

The gathering brought together a diverse group of owners—ranging from long-time brand loyalists to first-time Honda buyers—highlighting the generational appeal of the iconic sports coupe as it transitions into the electrified era.

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Honda Malaysia, Narushi Yazaki, stated that the return of the Prelude represents a declaration of Honda’s spirit, noting that the brand remains dedicated to delivering driving joy while building lasting emotional connections with its customer base.

The appreciation event showcased three unique customer stories, reflecting how the returning badge appeals to different life stages and personal milestones:

• Mr. Gan Ker Beng (Entrepreneur, Johor Bahru): A long-time Honda owner who previously owned a 1990s Civic, Mr. Gan described taking delivery of the Prelude as the fulfillment of a long-standing personal dream, noting that his connection to the vehicle is rooted in nostalgia and the legacy of the Prelude name.

• Mr. Wahiduzaman Bin Abu Kashim (Business Owner, Kuala Lumpur): An enthusiast with a history of owning performance-oriented Hondas, Mr. Wahiduzaman selected the Prelude for its balance of everyday comfort and driver engagement.
