Kota Kinabalu: Hotel Perkasa Holding and Innoprise Corporation Sdn Bhd (Innoprise) are exploring potential strategic cooperation to strengthen their hospitality service networks, while supporting the development of Sabah’s tourism and hotel sectors.
The matter was discussed during a courtesy visit led by Hotel Perkasa chairman and Perkasa Hotel Holdings Sdn Bhd chairperson Datuk Flovia Ng to Innoprise Corporation Sdn Bhd executive chairman Datuk Jasnih Daya at the Innoprise Building here, recently.
Flovia said the meeting focused on potential areas of cooperation between the two parties, including opportunities to expand their networks and services in the future.
She said the cooperation is expected to strengthen strategic ties and foster closer networking among hotel entities under the state government’s purview.
“Synergy between hospitality industry players and government-linked entities is important to ensure the state’s hotel sector remains competitive in line with the growth of the tourism industry.
“At the same time, we see room to expand our network of cooperation in ways that can add value to Sabah’s hospitality industry and tourism economy,” she said.
Flovia added that the strategic cooperation could also facilitate the sharing of expertise, improve operational efficiency and expand service networks and customer experiences.
Also accompanying the delegation were Hotel Perkasa director Abdul Gafar Madin; its general manager Valeria Vyner Pillin; group finance manager Eliza Chian Moi Chee; sales and marketing executive Efarina Ag Raini; sales executive Dennis Arnold; and event administrator C Brasessca Madilious.
She said the meeting also reflected the commitment of both parties to exploring more structured and impactful cooperation to strengthen the hospitality ecosystem and support Sabah’s economic growth.
