PITAS: A house in Kampung Sinogindai was destroyed in a fire on Saturday afternoon, with no casualties reported.
The Fire and Rescue Department received the emergency call at 3.28pm and arrived at the scene about 50 minutes later to find the single-storey house already 85 per cent burnt.
A team of seven firefighters from the Pitas Fire and Rescue Station brought the blaze under control before concluding the operation at 6.03pm.
