President Donald Trump and Tiger Woods have grown closer and closer over the past decade or so.
Woods is now dating Vanessa Trump – The President’s former daughter-in-law.
Donald Trump has played golf alongside Tiger Woods numerous times in the past and the 15-time major champion recently took on a role as a key advisor to the President regarding a potential deal between the PGA Tour and LIV Golf.
Trump is a very good golfer himself, by his own admission at least.
However, despite how good he says he is, he will always be in awe of Woods whenever they play golf together.
Back in 2015, just a year before Trump became the 45th President of the United States, he made a prediction about Woods.
How many more majors Donald Trump predicted Tiger Woods would win in 2015
Woods is the greatest golfer to have ever graced the game in many people’s eyes.
With 82 PGA Tour wins including 15 major championships to his name, it’s hard to argue against that.
Interestingly, after Woods won the Masters in 2019 Trump predicted the now 50-year-old would go on to win at least one more.

That obviously hasn’t happened due to Tiger’s body failing him. However, let’s go back to 2015, when Trump was speaking about Woods.
He was asked about what he made of the 15-time major champion’s game 11 years ago.
“I was playing with him last week,” Trump said in February 2015.
“I think he’s got a couple of Majors left…. maybe more than that.”
Can Tiger Woods win again?
Well, since that prediction from Trump, Woods has won one major championship – his incredible triumph at Augusta National in 2019.
Including that Masters win, the 50-year-old has recorded three victories in total since Trump made his prediction in 2015.
It seems like Woods’ days of winning golf tournaments are numbered now. However, if we’ve learnt one thing from the 15-time major champion throughout his career, it is that we should never write him off.
If anyone is capable of coming back from yet another back surgery to win again, it is Tiger Woods.
While a victory at a major championship may be too much to ask, Woods will undoubtedly believe that he has what it takes to win on the PGA Tour again.
